CSV File Headers and Values

PartQuest Portal Subscription: Essential tier

You can add pins to a custom symbol of a PartQuest Portal part by uploading a comma-separated values (CSV) file that contains pin information.

Format

Consult the table in the following Parameters section for accepted CSV headers and values. Note that the pin name is the only required field. You may fill in many details for some pins and leave others blank within a single CSV.

You can view an Excel-format example file (“PartQuest-PinListTemplate.xlsx”) and save a copy, in which you can enter your pin names and properties. When you have entered all the details, use the Excel Save As function to save the file as a CSV file.
